At BPA, we believe every member should be aware, well before receiving any type of bill, what a provider will charge them for items or services. In response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and as part of our commitment to increased pricing transparency, we’ve made machine-readable files (MRFs) of our negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts available below.
