Benefit Plan Administrators to Offer GWH-CIGNA National PPO Network

In accordance with the terms of a Premier Partnership agreement between CIGNA, The TriZetto Group and Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc., BPA has become one of a select network of Third Party Administration firms authorized to enroll qualifying self-funded groups in the GWH-CIGNA PPO Network, one of the industry’s most respected national provider networks.

While Benefit Plan Administrators currently administers self-funded, flexible spending and other consumer directed health plans for organizations located throughout the southeast, GWH-CIGNA is a true national PPO network, with more than 600,000 doctors, hospitals and specialists located from coast to coast. By integrating CIGNA facility contracts, national lab contracts and selected health care professionals, BPA is able to offer network discounts, formerly only available to national health plans and our nation’s largest employers, to self-funded groups with 50 more employees.
