Customer Service Our toll free customer service line at 1-800-277-8973 is open to serve you from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer online customer service if you have any questions about your coverage, claim status, eligibility, or any other issue. If you are not familiar with BPA online please take a moment to use the user self sign-up. Click on either Online Member or Provider services and then click on Register User. Once you enter some general employee or provider data, BPA will contact you with a temporary password and you can begin using our website.
