Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc. (BPA) is a Third Party Administrator for corporate self-funded health plans and other employee benefits. BPA is located in Roanoke, VA and has been in the employee benefits business since 1965.

To ensure thorough investigation and prompt, accurate settlements of claims, our experienced analysts use the QicClaim Health Claims Management System. This state-of-the-art system enable us to accommodate virtually any plan parameters, co-payment levels or deductibles as well as tracking for Coordination of Benefits. The result is prompt, courteous service to your employees and money saved. We also administer Managed Care or PPO plans, Flexible Benefits Plans, and COBRA for our clients.

Arnold P. Masinter "President and CEO" - Arnold has been in the employee benefits business since he graduated from Washington and Lee University over thirty years ago. Arnold started BPA in 1987 to fill a need for a TPA firm in western Virginia to administer self-funded health plans.

Morris Masinter "Vice President Marketing" - Morris has been in the employee benefits business since he graduated from Gettysburg College. His duties include servicing accounts, sales, and internal management.

Patty Huffman "Customer Relationship Manager" – Patty has been with BPA since 1993. She is the principal contact person for new accounts and for renewal of existing accounts.
